By accessing or using WashLevel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WashLevel is a cloud-based operations management platform for car wash businesses. The Service includes task management, equipment tracking, inventory management, team management, IoT sensor integrations, and car count reporting tools.

3. Account Registration

To use WashLevel, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

WashLevel may offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. By using the Service, you grant WashLevel a limited license to store and process your data to provide the Service.

7. IoT and Hardware Integrations

WashLevel supports integrations with third-party hardware and IoT devices. We are not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party sensors or hardware. It is your responsibility to ensure hardware is properly installed and calibrated.

8. Team Members and Access

As an account owner, you are responsible for managing your team members' access. You are liable for all actions taken by users you invite to your account. You may revoke access at any time.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. WashLevel is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

WashLevel and all related software, design, trademarks, and content are owned by WashLevel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data may be deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WashLevel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
