These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to all text message programs operated by WashLevel, Inc., including WashLevel (car wash operations management) and WashBoard (self-serve car wash paystation system).
WashLevel Operational Alerts: Task reminders, low inventory warnings, equipment sensor alerts, and account notifications sent to car wash owners, managers, and staff who opt in through the WashLevel dashboard (Settings → Notifications → Text Alerts).
WashBoard Transactional Messages: Wash session receipts sent to customers at their explicit on-screen request after completing a self-serve car wash, and issue alert notifications sent to operators when a customer reports a problem at a wash bay.
WashLevel users: You enroll by subscribing to the Text Alerts add-on inside your WashLevel account and providing your mobile number with consent.
WashBoard customers: You opt in by voluntarily entering your phone number on the kiosk touchscreen and selecting "Text" as your receipt delivery method. Each receipt is a one-time message initiated by you.
WashBoard operators: You opt in by providing your attendant phone number in the WashBoard dashboard (Bay Config → Contact). Issue alerts are sent only to the number you configure.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies based on account activity, alert settings, and customer interactions. WashLevel alerts depend on your sensor thresholds and task schedules. WashBoard receipts are sent only when a customer requests one. Operator issue alerts are sent only when a customer reports a problem.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. The WashLevel Text Alerts add-on is billed at $5/month through your WashLevel subscription. WashBoard receipt delivery has no additional charge.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts. You can also disable notifications in your account settings (WashLevel dashboard) or remove your phone number from the bay configuration (WashBoard dashboard).
